Description
"Since the nuclear blast in Denver, the colony has been focused on one mission: survival. As the days go by, their supplies start to dwindle and their equipment is breaking down. They realize they must look for supplies on the surface in order to stay in the colony. As they venture out, they realize that the destruction all around them has left little of use. They are faced with the prospect of leaving the colony and heading to a safe area outside of the radiation zone. While they are contemplating their options, a small group from the United Nations appears at the colony entrance. Major Jackson explains that they have been tasked by the U.S. Government with helping to rebuild the nation, and that they have a settlement built and ready for them to move into. The colony must now decide whether to trust the U.N. or stay and try to survive on their own."--Back cover.
